Mediation Prep Package
Walk Into Mediation Feeling Calm, Prepared & Confident
Service Description
I know first-hand how overwhelming and scary the legal process can feel, and through working with single parents, I’ve seen just how stressful it can be when you’re going into mediation feeling unprepared, unsure of yourself and afraid to speak up. That’s exactly why I created this specific package. When you go into the legal process without feeling prepared or confident, it’s easy to second-guess yourself, struggle to speak up for what you want, or agree to things you later regret. You may feel intimidated, worried about how your ex will respond, or like you’re not being heard. These sessions are designed to help you walk into mediation feeling more confident in yourself, clear on what matters to you, and prepared to advocate for what you want. Includes 2 × 60-minute online sessions: ✔ Get emotionally prepared so you’re not walking in overwhelmed or second-guessing yourself ✔ Work out what you want to say and how to say it without freezing or getting flustered ✔ Get clear on what really matters to you and what you’re willing — and not willing — to compromise on ✔ Prepare for difficult conversations and situations so you’re less likely to feel blindsided ✔ Build confidence in setting boundaries and backing yourself ✔ Learn tools to help you stay calm when things become tense or triggering The goal is simple: to help you feel prepared, confident and clear before you walk into mediation. All sessions are online via Zoom and completely confidential. Time slots are shown in your time zone.

Weekly Check-In Support Program – Policy Welcome to the Weekly Check-In Support Program. This program is designed to provide single parents with a consistent, supportive check-in each week. Please read the policy carefully to understand what this program includes and how it works. 1. Program Purpose This program is not coaching, therapy, or counseling. It is a supportive check-in designed to help you feel seen, heard, and supported. Many single parents experience loneliness and limited support, and this program provides a safe, consistent connection to ensure you are doing okay. 2. Weekly Check-In You will receive one check-in message per week from me. This may be a written message via email or social media, or a voice message, depending on the platform. You may respond to this message. You will receive one follow-up response from me per week based on your reply. 3. Program Boundaries This program is not ongoing coaching. The support is limited to the weekly check-in and one follow-up response. It is not a platform to vent repeatedly or to receive continuous advice throughout the week. The intention is to provide consistent, weekly guidance and reassurance, not to replace coaching, therapy, or professional advice. Responses will focus on checking in on your well-being, providing encouragement, guidance on staying on track, and general support for single parenting challenges. 4. Privacy and Respect All communication within this program is private and confidential. Please engage respectfully and provide clear, concise responses so that your weekly check-in can be as meaningful as possible. 5. Payment and Cancellation This program is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Payments will be automatically charged until you choose to cancel. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. 6. Commitment to Support This program is about having someone in your corner, helping you feel supported, and ensuring you don’t feel isolated while navigating single parent life. It’s about providing reassurance, guidance, and a check-in each week to keep you on track.
